Mark graciously allowed me a copy of this rarity many moons ago and I only discovered it again recently. He said: I spotted this on eBay recently; it's a 1928 Keydel Electric Chime treetopper; you simply use the "pigtail" screw-in adapter and screw it into an existing C-6 series-wired light strand. The angels rotate and strike the chimes. I bid on it, but didn't win it. This item is extremely rare and there are very few known to exist.

That is a remarkable piece, both for its automation and for its strangeness. :-)
