Noma #204 candle sets

Hi: New member here. I have a question regarding the picture below. I have 2 of these Noma Catalog # 204. If anyone has a Noma catalog can you tell me what they called this. It looks like a menorah to me. Also what year was this introduced. Thank You

They were listed as a Menorah, 1951 NOMA Electric.
